Run For the Hills is a ride geared for every rider, from the most advanced to a beginner. This ride is all about finding your strength. Starting with a nice active warm up, we move into some intervals where we get after some speed drills and work our way towards our big hill at the end! Run for the Hills has a great playlist that will keep you motivated and pushing you to find your strength.
