Spinning® Digital Sunset Date 

The legacy Spinning® Digital platform will sunset on January 3, 2025. 

We’ve launched a new and more advanced Spinning® app that combines the same instructors and classes you love with added features!  

 

How to Switch to the new Spinning® Indoor Cycling App: 

  1. Click here to create your profile. 

  1. On the Subscriptions page, choose Basic (no metrics) or Plus (with metrics).  

  1. Enter a promo code if you have one and start a free 30-day trial. 

  1. After your free trial, your credit card will be automatically charged unless you cancel.   

  1. Download the Spinning® Indoor Cycling app from the App Store or Google Play
     

How to Cancel Your Spinning® Digital Subscription 

Log in to your account. 

Select Dashboard > Purchases  

Click Manage next to your Membership details. If you subscribed through Apple or Google Play, you will see a link with instructions for managing your subscription through those stores.

Refunds & Cancellations 

We will issue full refunds on annual Spinning® Digital subscriptions ($139.99/year) for cancellations made within 30 days of purchase. After 30 days, we do not offer refunds on annual subscriptions. We do not offer refunds for monthly $12.99 subscriptions.

Q: Can I stick with my current subscription instead of switching to the new app? 

A: Only until January 3, 2025. After that date, the legacy Spinning® Digital platform will be discontinued. 
 

Q: Will my Spinning® Digital subscription be automatically cancelled after I join the new Spinning® app? 

A: No, it’s not automatic. Please cancel your Spinning Digital subscription here or through Apple or Google Play, depending on how you subscribed. If you need help with this, please email us at info@spinning.com  

 

Q: Can I download the new app now and login with the same credentials I use on Spinning® Digital? 

A: No, you will need to create a new profile and login using the link above. 

 

Q: Is the new app easy to use? 

A: Yes! It’s very similar to the current platform. You’ll select a class from the home screen, where you’ll find the same categories and layout.  

 

Q: What devices can I use with the new app? 

A: The Spinning® app is available for iOS and Android devices, so you can use your phone, iPad or tablet. It’s not available on a web browser.
