Interval Race

Are you ready to feel like you're almost in a race? This is the perfect ride to train for a Race Day ride. Adrenaline, speed, hills and a lot of motivation to help you get the best out of you on the bike! With all the movements of the Spinning® program, we will be using a cadence between 60 and 92 RPM and HR between 65% to max effort. Let‘s do it!

Rinie Marin

Rinie is a Spinning® Level 3 Instructor. She was introduced to Spinning® at her local fitness club in Venezuela at age 14 and from then on was hooked. After moving to Miami and struggling with being so far from her family and friends, Rinie found peace, positivity, and connection in her local Spinning® community and decided to pursue her dream of being a Certified Spinning® Instructor. Rinie's classes are full of energy, passion, and love and with the Spinning®methodology of teaching, prides herself on helping her students reach their greatest potentials.
